A moving bridge, dedicated to the Trafalgar bridge, the gps picture included shows it open.
The bridge opens to allow fixed mast boats in and out of the harbour.
It is bright blue and not hard to miss, part of the bridge moves, the second section to the east is stationary.
Don't worry about being on the bridge when it moves, all parts are stable, and there is a siren, BOY is there a siren!
