The Illinois River Refuges Complex Office is located north of Havana, Illinois along the Illinois River. It serves as the headquarters for
Meredosia,
Emiquon, and
Chautauqua National Wildlife Refuges. This is the single stamp for all three refuges. There are no individual offices for each of the three refuges.
To obtain a Blue Goose stamp for your passport, just visit the office during normal business hours from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and ask the helpful staff person for the stamp. Sorry, there are no weekend hours.
