This new two-story building at 20355 Poe Sholes Drive was completed in early 2010 and occupied in July 2010. The The Oregon State Police (OSP) Bend Area Command office, OSP East Region Headquarters, and OSP Forensic Services Division Crime Lab occupy the ground floor. The Deschutes 911 Dispatch Center and an Emergency Operations Center occupy the upper floor.

I have had NO problems with taking photos of Police stations but please respect the fact that some services may be nervous about having their photo taken and inquire as to why... I have found that once things are explained they are more than happy to let me photograph the building, crest, chief... (they are people too!)
