This building is located on S. Main Ave. between Pine and Spruce Streets. There are three old signs on the building. The main sign is an add for suspenders and reads:

ZCMI Salt Lake
ZCMI was the Zions Cooperative Mercantile Institution which has been called America’s First Department Store. The company was headquartered in Salt Lake, Utah. The company was sold to Meier and Frank company in 1999.
