This Town clock is in front of the Saint Clair Municiple building on south Third St.

This Town Clock was originally on the main street;Second Street in front of Boro Hall but, It was left to break down and in disrepair for years! When they moved to a new location so did the clock but, The boro sent it out for repairs before installing it at it's new and present location!
It is also lighted for night veiwing and has a street light on it's top! As it was on the main street at one time and matched the other main street lights!
I don't know the year it was built and there's no evidence of it except it was built by O.M McCLINTOCK,Minneapolis,Minn.
