This is a memorial for policemen that have died in the course of performing their duty in West Orange, NJ.

The monument is located near the front door of the Police and Justice Building. There is a walkway made of pavers that leads to a stone block wall surrounded by shrubs. The monument itslf is made of a black marble with a highly polished engraved surface. The monument reads:
IN RECOGNITION OF THOSE WEST ORANGE POLICE OFFICERS
WHO HAVE MADE THE ULTIMATE SACRIFICE
