An infomrmational pamphlet (that was printed on EcoLogo Paper) describes some of the Green Features of the building:
-Use of heat pump for heating and cooling will save 95 tons of CO2 emissions over 30 years saving over 171,700 kWh per year
-All adhesives, sealants and paints were low-emitting
-42% annual water savings due to waterless urinals, low flow toilets saving 688,755 gallons of water annually
-50% of the materials were derived from within 500 miles
-No irrigation is required due to the use of native and adaptive vegetation
-several others are described
