The present school building was built in 1920 on land on the north side of the old school building.

The new brick building was constructed of tile and brick veneer. It had a basement with a furnace. Wood was used to heat the school for many years. Eventually coal became the primary fuel souce. The basement was plastered in 1921. It provided room for students to play games; however, the ceiling was not high enough to permit basketball. The school closed in 1961.
The building was adventually sold and converted into a residence.
