A clock tower at the end of Bridge street where it meets Grosvenor road and Pepper Street.
If you walk underneath the clock tower it serves as a tunnel (with a gap) to a museum behind it.
The clock itself is a digital replacement for a an older clock that was at the same location. It has gold hands and roman numerals and a light blue face.
