The you are here map is located about 30 minutes southeast from downtown Salt Lake City in the Little Cottonwood canyon and about 1 mile east of the Snowbird Ski Resort at the parking area for the White Pine hiking trailhead. Walk south around the rest rooms along a paved trail about 100 yards towards the stream to the "You Are Here Sign" at the start to the trail.
To get there from the downtown Salt Lake area take I-15 south to 9000 south, turn left (east) on 9000 south and follow that road about 8 miles up the canyon to the White Pine canyon parking area (see parking Coordinates).
