This scenic stop on the North Shore Scenic Drive or Highway 61 is a must stop. The wayside pullover overlooks Good Harbor of Lake Superior. At the pullover are also two signs, one honoring S. Rex Green an engineer who had a major role in creating this highway and a Minnesota geological marker.
The pullover is right off of the highway and would park about 6 cars. Bring your camera, the scenery is awesome, as it is all of the 154 miles of this highway and scenic byway. The water changes all the time and can be calm and still or violent.
