The Bicentennial Tower commerates two hundred years of freedom, 1776 - 1976 and was dedicated to the members of the Warren Fire Department, both living and dead.
These three bells at one time constituted the only alarm system of Warren Boro.
This structure is a Triad Mount and was designed by Albert T. Kondak.
Top Bell - the smallest bell at 30 5/8 inches in diameter and 26 1/2 inches high. It weighs 700 lbs and was founded by Clinton H. Meneely of Troy NY in 1868.
Middle Bell - was made by the Cincinnati Bell Foundry Co. It is iron and weighs about 1200 pounds. It is 37 inches in diameter and its height is 25 1/4 inches.
Lower Bell -the largest bell at 1784 pounds, is 44 1/4 inches in diameter and is 44 3/4 inches high. It was cast in 1884 by Clinton H. Meneely of Troy, New York.
