This mural is on the east side of the Cozy Cantina on Cesar Chavez St. in West St. Paul. It was done by a group of elementary school children under the guidance of Mike Klein in 2000. It shows the bridges in St. Paul over the Mississippi river. It is one of several murals and mosaics in the area, most within easy walking distance.
