The church of St Mary's at Headley was re-built in 1850, on the grounds of the original church. The stained glass windows here all date from the Victorian period, some of which are dates 1874, 1878.
All the windows depict the saints and prophets that are famous in the Bible. Down one side of the church they start with, Matthew, Mark, Luke and John and continue to work themselves around the church. St Simon, St Peter and many more. The church is open every day, but please do not venture onto the Altar area, this area is alarmed, and a note there does warn you of this.
