This house was originally located one street over, on 6th Street

In 1995, the Ohio Historic Preservation Office awarded the Preservation Merit Award to "Wilbur & Deborah Osborne, of Dover, for preserving the Katherine Cooper House in Dover by acquiring, moving, and rehabilitating it."

Not only has this lovely Queen Anne house been restored, but the surrounding grounds have been nicely landscaped with the addition of a beautiful rose garden.

This house was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.
