DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1968 2.5 MI SW FROM PADUCAH. ABOUT 0.1 MILE NORTHWEST ALONG NORTH 5TH STREET FROM THE POST OFFICE AT PADUCAH, THENCE 0.2 MILE SOUTHWEST ALONG JEFFERSON STREET, THENCE 1.8 MILES NORTHWEST ALONG 8TH STREET WHICH IS THE BUSINESS ROUTE FOR U.S. HIGHWAY 45, THENCE 0.4 MILE SOUTH ALONG JULIA STREET WHICH IS U.S. HIGHWAY 45, AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF JULIA STREET AND CAIRO ROAD WHICH IS STATE HIGHWAY 305, 32 FEET EAST OF THE CENTERLINE OF JULIA STREET, 29 1/2 FEET NORTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF CAIRO ROAD, SET IN THE TOP OF THE SOUTHWEST SIDE OF AN ABANDONED CONCRETE FOUNDATION WHICH PROJECTS 5 INCHES, 93 1/2 FEET SOUTHWEST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF A BRICK BUILDING, AND ABOUT 1 1/2 FEET ABOVE THE LEVEL OF THE STREET.
