Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Springfield, the visitor information center carries a wide variety of brochures and booklets for attractions not only in Springfield but up and down the Pioneer Valley in Massachusetts. They also are very helpful if you are looking for directions or seeking accommodations in the area. If you are looking for restrooms or something to eat they will direct you to the Tower Square Mall food court right across the street.
The bureau is funded in part by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Department of Business and Technology/Massachusetts Office of Travel and Tourism.
