The clock is fixed to the wall of St Mary at Hill church and hangs out over St Mary at Hill. The beam holding the clock is highly decorated with elements of the design picked out in gold. The remainder of the beam is black. The clock has a pitched "roof" over the top of it probably as decoration but also to shed water from the clock itself. The clock has two square faces, one facing up and the other facing down St Mary at Hill. The clock faces are painted blue. The hour marks are in traditional Roman numerals and both they and the hands are painted gold. Sadly, the clock does not appear to be working.
