The mural depicts a firefighter...presumably from 1894 (the date on the bottom of the mural) holding a child who has apparently just been rescued. There is also a depiction of a building at the bottom...perhaps the town's City Hall?
A plaque indicates that the work was designed and completed by Steve Connor in 2009.
