This “Carnival” just adds more fun to the fairgrounds. Mounted on the Open Class Commercial Building, this block is easy to spot. It was painted by Jackson’s 4-H Club and joins several other barn quilts in the area. The Sac County Fairgrounds is on Park Avenue in Sac City.
