The pastel grays and mauve of this “Double Aster” quilt block is the perfect touch for this weathered Sears and Roebuck barn. The farm hosting this barn quilt belongs to the Prairie Pedlar floral and nursery business. The “Double Aster” was painted by the Green Team Garden Club at Prairie Pedlar and is listed as #37 on the Sac County Barn Quilt map. It is located a short distance down gravel road 270th St.
Your Visit:
This great business establishment was on our list of "must sees" especially when we knew there was a barn quilt there. If it hadn't been so hot that day, I would have loved to spend some extra time there.
