The Hampden County Hall of Justice is home to Hampden Superior Court (Criminal Court), Hampden County Civil Court, the Hampden County Clerk's office, the Registry of Deeds and the Probation Department. It has jurisdiction for all the cities and towns in Hampden County. It's most familiar citizens called to jury duty.

The building was designed by the well known MIT Professor of Architecture, Eduardo Catalano.
