This Phone booth is on display in the Hill AFB Aerospace Museum in Roy, Utah.
The sign near the booth reads:

In 1935 the British Post Office Commissioned architect Sir Giles Gilbert Scott (1880-1960 to design a new telephone kiosk to commemorate King George V's "Silver Jubilee" - the celebration of th 25th year of the monarch's reign. Gilbert Scott, designer of the Liverpool Cathedral, had earlier designed the first bright red cast-iron Kiosk No. 2 (K2) telephone box in 1924. Similar to the K2, the Kiosk No. 6 (K6) was smaller and had less ornamental detail but was still recognizable as a Gilbert Scott design with its domed roof and gold crown insignia.

The "Jubilee Kiosk" appeared on the street of London in 1936 and became the first standard telephone kiosk to be introduced nationwide. At least one K6 was provided to each municipality with a Post Office and more than 60,000 of these were introduced throughout Britain. The K6 became a much-loved icon over the years.
