This is the second of two survey disks set into the top of Tony Grove Dam in Logan Canyon.

Tony Grove, its Dam, and numerous interpretive signs, is about 7 miles west of US Highway 89. Take the Tony Grove access road to the parking lot at the northeast corner of the lake. There is a use fee for this area. Both survey markers are set into the top of the dam, just to the left of the trail across the dam that leads to Tony Grove. The trail clear to the Grove is quite easy with little elevation change along the route.
