This bench, located at the entrance to the New England Aquarium and next to the seal tank, is where you can 'chill' with a mother and baby penguin.

In Boston, at the New England Aquarium, at the entrance, is a sit-by-me bench of penguins. On the bench is a beautifully painted mother penguin (or maybe father, I can't tell) looking down at the baby penguin.
The bench is in a place accessible at any time, without having to purchase a ticket. It is to the left of the entrance door, and just to the right of the seal tank.
