I spotted the Heart Deco Bus on Treasure Island. It was there for an opening reception for Bliss Dance. Heart Deco and Bliss Dance were both at Burning Man 2010.
I spoke with one of the creators and he described how he viewed the bus as three separate areas, the open seating area up top, the downstairs inside couch seating area and the general outdoor surrounding as the party area.
