National Geodetic Survey reference mark disk set in a concrete monument, flush with the ground.
The mark was set in 1975.
Although it is an NGS disk and has an NGS PID, the NGS database says, "No geodetic control." It is included in the Minnesota Department of Transportation database of geodetic stations.
It is in the northwest quadrant of section 2, Township 124 N, Range 28 W.
Coordinates are from my readings with consumer-grade GPS receiver (HH2).
IN SAINT CLOUD, 0.1 MILE NORTH-NORTHWEST OF SAINT CLOUD VO TECH SCHOOL, 105.0 FEET EAST FROM EDGE OF TILE BUILDING, 84.0 FEET NORTHEAST FROM FIRE HYDRANT, 0.9 FOOT SOUTH FROM EDGE OF SIDEWALK, AND IS LEVEL WITH THE STATION.
