This milestone is on the opposite side of the road to its more "famous" milestone shown as Waymark WM305P. The metal plate, affixed to the concrete post, is the same style and size as the other milestone. This milestone only shows the distance to Dartford and not to London Bridge as seen on the other marker. Although the metal plates are identical the concrete post gives this milestone a "newer" feel to it.
