The memorial park is located on the corner of Wisconsin Avenue and 3rd Street in downtown Huron, South Dakota.
It sits on the grounds of a former bank building that was torn down a number of years ago.

Description of Memorial: The memorial consists of five granite blocks, four of which list the individual wars and the names of the Beadle County Veterans killed in each of those wars.
The central block consists of a taller piece of granite with an inscription etched in the granite and a flying eagle on its top.
Eight benches line the concrete pad, each bench engraved with the person or organization which paid for the bench.
The memorial is lighted at night.
