This is one of two sundials on the walls of the Trinity Hospital in Greenwich. The old (Airy) Greenwich Meridian passes through the hospital and one sundial is located on each side. Because these days WGS 84 is used by GPS devices the longitudes of both sundials appear to be in the western hemisphere.

This sundial shows the signs of the zodiac. Further information is given at the quoted website.
