This silo may be alone in the field, but it probably isn’t lonely. It sits on the edge of the farm which has turned into a tourist attraction. Noted as being the highest spot in Iowa, this silo is likely the highest silo in Iowa and joins altitude signs, arrows, and markers, a military memorial, picnic table, and even a painted barn quilt. It is easy to find just off of Hwy. 60.
