This statue of a skier is located in the Olympic Legacy Plaza at the Gateway in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Go For the Gold was created by Jonathan Bronson for the 2002 Olympics. It was donated by Robert L. Rice and Kenneth O. Melby. It is beautiful bronze statue of an Olympic skier mounted to the Salt Lake City Olympic LOGO and the Olympic rings are at the base. To view this statue the plaza is opened from dawn to dusk.
