The text on the plaque reads:

Rotary Club of Washago & Area-Centennial

  • The Rotary Club of Washago & Area-Centennial
    received it's charter from Rotary International on
    February 23rd, 2005, it's 100th Anniversary.

  • The Water Tower Mural was it's first community project
    and was completed on October, 6th, 2007.

  • The Mural entitled "Reflections of Washago" was created
    by local artist Kathy Nicholson. This design was
    chosen by the area residents by way of a mural contest.

  • Many thanks to the area residents and supporters
    for making your Rotary Club's first project a success!
