This statue of a chaplain in World War I sits on top of a large stone base that honors later wars. The statue is itself a memorial to World War I, listing on its wheel the number of dead (116,516) and wounded (204,092) in that war. This memorial was sculpted by VFW Post 3513 Commander Austin Deuel.
