"North of Fourth" mural was created in 2011 by Jack Pabis and Anthony Owens. The 20' high by 60' wide piece features the sun, moon, and one of the artists on a ladder with a cup of his coffee as a 3D whimsy. The work was part of a neighborhood revitalization effort led by the Frederick housing authority.
Free parking is available along Market Street.
