The cemetery is located right next to a New Hampshire Historical Marker on RT 3 just past the intersection with Greeley St

The house was built in 1770 and is located across the street from the cemetery.

Matthew Thornton (1714 – June 24, 1803), was a signer of the United States Declaration of Independence as a representative of New Hampshire.
