The trail's concept is to allow people the opportunity to pause from everyday life and ponder the significent American liberties which we enjoy. As one hikes along this beautiful mountain trail with a stream flowing through the canyon bottoms, markers have been placed to remind us of the freedoms we have and the price some have paid to preserve our freedom. This is a great place to take a relaxing hike in a beautiful area close to the city.
