DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1967 1.7 MI S FROM ROY. 1.7 MILES SOUTH ALONG U.S. HIGHWAY 91 FROM THE JUNCTION OF 5600 SOUTH STREET AT ROY, 1.9 MILES NORTH OF CLEARFIELD, AT THE CROSSING OF DAVIS-WEBER CANAL, AT THE JUNCTION OF 1600 NORTH STREET, IN THE TOP OF THE EAST CONCRETE RETAINING WALL AT THE SOUTH END OF A BRIDGE, 34 1/2 FEET WEST OF THE CENTER LINE OF THE WEST LANES OF THE HIGHWAY, 81 FEET SOUTH OF THE CENTER LINE OF THE STREET, 0.7 FOOT NORTH OF THE SOUTH END OF THE WEST CONCRETE GUARDRAIL, 0.6 FOOT WEST OF THE WEST FACE OF THE WEST CONCRETE GUARDRAIL, AND ABOUT 1 1/2 FEET LOWER THAN THE HIGHWAY."
