This gorgeous barn quilt creates the feeling of spring at any time of the year. The flower bouquet was originally painted with a bright white background, but the artist changed it to pale blue for a softer look. “Nose Gay” is #16 on the Greene County Barn Quilt Map and can be found on 220th Street (Hwy. 30) northwest of Jefferson.
Your Visit: My husband’s cousin is the chairperson for the Greene County Barn Quilts, and it was a special thrill to have our own personal guided tour. Her special stories added a lot to our enjoyment of these barn quilts.
