When I think of town clocks I think of a fairly large sized clock that can be seen by people as they drive or walk past. This small sized clock is the size of a clock that you would expect to see on the wall of an office. The clock seems to be a last minute idea, to be honest if I hadn't taken a picture of the sign for a neon waymark I never even would have noticed it.
