The Mother Cabrini Shrine Chapel - Golden, CO - Roman Catholic Churches on Waymarking.com

The Mother Cabrini Shrine is located at the site where Mother Cabrini operated a summer camp for orphans. There is also a holy well here that she discovered. There is a 373 step hilltop walk to a summit with a huge statue of Jesus and a heart-shaped rock formation that Mother Cabrini formed. On the way up the stairs there are two separate Stations of the cross...one in mosaics and another in bas reliefs. This chapel is one of two and is referred to as the main chapel to differentiate it from the grotto Chapel.

Mass Times: Mon - Sat 7:30amSun 7:30am & 11:00am

Shrine Hours: Monday - Sunday Gate opens at 7:00am and closes at 6:00pm
