This clock is mounted on top of a tower about 30 feet high at the east end of a small park in this small park. The round clock face is plain with Roman numerals. The tower has a sculpture mounted on the opposite side. It is by far the most visible feature of this little island of ground. There are no other facilities here, just some worn grass, trees and shrubs.

Life bustles around this small park, surrounded by the streets coming together here. Within view are a fire station, a McDonalds, a Jollie Bee (one of the Philippines largest fast food chains) and a huge traditional market area.
