Dating to 1803 this house is constructed of limestone ashlar. It has a 20th century tiled roof and is three storeys. The house was built for the owner of the nearby Mill who was probably James Rickett. George Clarke owned the house in 1847.

The River Nene flows past outside the house, past the Mill and under the road bridges.
