This station, a U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey standard bench mark disk, is located in Epping, NH, on the Rockingham Rail Trail, formerly the Portsmouth Division of the Boston & Maine Railroad. It is set on the northeast side of a concrete culvert headwall downhill from the trail bed

A couple of comments: There was no milepost visible anywhere at the time of this recovery. Also, watch for pricker bushes at the station.
