Jaroslav Petrbok (25. ríjen 1881 - 14. prosinec 1960) byl ceský paleontolog, speleolog, archeolog a botanik.
Maturoval roku 1902 na ucitelském ústavu. Ucil v Nedomicích, Kojeticích a Praze-Kyjích. Externe spolupracoval s Národním muzeem. Zabýval se výzkumy jeskyn v Ceském krasu, zkoumal odlitek mozkovny neandrtálce ze slovenských Gánovcu, provádel také výzkumy na Balkáne a v Palestine.
Sepsal nekolik stovek odborných clánku a knih o tretihorách a ctvrtohorách, mimo jiné populární knihu o pracloveku. Jako znalec kvetin též napsal knihu pro deti „Poznáš je, když kvetou?“ a „Rostliny“ s kresbami Karla Svolinského.

Jaroslav Petrbok (born: the 25th October 1881 - died the 14th December 1960) was czech paleontologist, speleologist, archaeologist and botanist. He was the pioneer of exploration of the Czech karst. He wrote hudreds of expert articles, books about Tertiary and Quaternary and books for childern about flowers and plants.
