Ratchaburi is a small town, and capital of the province of the same name ~80kms to the west of Bangkok. Outside the main entrance to the IT mall, near the town centre, and opposite the Tesco store (a standard landmark in Thai towns), is an eye-catching and attractive abstract sculpture.
It consists of distinctively coloured geometric shapes, with the eye as a motif. There appears to be a fountain in the sculpture, but it is non-functional. The sculpture is easily visible from the main road. There is no plaque nor other identifying information, so I took it upon myself to give it this name.
