This is a beautiful fountain on the OSU campus, located in front of (on the south side) of the Edmon Low Library. The fountain is near the Beverly Clerico Plaza.
The top level of the fountain is a large basin, with a single 4' spout of green water. From there, the water falls into a large square pool, then down several falls into a large pool. A brick wall surrounds the bottom level of the fountain.
