This station, a U.S. Geological Survey standard bench mark disk, is located in Derry, NH. It is set in a concrete culvert headwall, in the northwest corner at the junction of Rockingham Road (NH Rt.28), Island Pond Road, and South Main Street (NH Rt. BYP28). It can be seen just west of the southwest corner of a used car lot.

As with many other culvert head-walls, this one was buried under dirt and other roadside detritus, and some digging was required. Since this mark was not visited in over a decade, this came as no surprise. Overall, the station is in very good condition, although the disk appears to be a little banged up from whatever circumstance.
