While driving on Coppermine Rd, Centreville Rd, or Sunrise Valley Drive in Herndon, VA the dominate feature of the landscape near where these three roads converge is a tall clock tower at the Village Center Mall. The square, wooden clock tower is a focal point due to its height above the relatively flat terrain in the immediate area. There are four clocks, repectively facing the NSEW directions. None of the clocks seemed to be working ... none had the correct time shown.
