International Peace Gardens/ Botanical Gardens - Salt Lake City Utah - Botanical Gardens on Waymarking.com

The International Peace Gardens was started in 1939 and dedicated in 1952. The gardens are made up from Utah-based nations. Each group is allotted a plot in which to create a garden with native plantings and garden architecture. Currently there are twenty-six nations represented in the garden that encourages pleasant wandering and meditation by visitors. We hope you will enjoy the botanical gardens and the surrounding of this beautiful park. Allow at least an hour and best of all it is free. Make sure you bring your camera.
